How does screen printing work?

Ink is pushed through a mesh screen stencil onto the garment. Each color requires a separate screen. The result is a bold, opaque print that’s extremely durable and wash-resistant.

What's the minimum order for screen printing?

12 pieces per design is our standard minimum. That’s the sweet spot where screen printing becomes more cost-effective than digital methods like DTF.

How many colors can you screen print?

We can print up to 6 colors per design. Each color is a separate screen and ink pass. For full-color or photographic designs, we recommend DTF digital printing instead.

How much does screen printing cost?

Pricing depends on quantity, number of colors, and garment type. T-shirts start around $10/shirt on orders of 24+. The more you order, the lower the per-unit cost.

How long does screen printing take?
